The farm La Chabranda warmly invites you to taste the characteristic flavours of its traditional home cooking, which encompasses typical dishes from the area, in a cosy and warm atmosphere.

Our two welcoming dining rooms can sit up to 60 people and in their comfortable and relaxing atmosphere we invite you to get the opportunity to discover some interesting anecdotes about the history and tradition of our territory, while enjoying our tasteful dishes and our full-bodied red wine Ramìe.

You should not miss our traditional “souppo barbetto” (Waldensian soup), our vegetables quiches, our homemade deli meats and cheeses, our homemade first courses (egg noodles, agnolotti filled with meat, potato dumplings), our delicious second courses (roast lamb, wild boar au civet, rabbit cooked with herbs) and our tasty desserts (panna cotta, crème caramel, jam tarts).
